  • Wordmark or logo in JPEG format

  • Proof of the applicant's name and address

  • To get a discount on government fees, the applicant must sign a Power of Attorney (Form TM-48) and show proof that they are an MSME or startup.

The fees for registering a logo for FY 26–27 depend on the type of business you have and how you file:

  • Individuals, startups, and MSMEs: ₹4,500 (per class, e-filing)

  • Businesses and others: ₹9,000 (for each class—e-filing)
